The popular tour included a Spanish Beauty, a Beach Retreat on Treasure Island, Net Zero Nest – a home that produces as much energy as it uses, and the iconic Gaytonia where Champagne and a playlist of Torch Songs were enjoyed atop the penthouse balcony. A second unit, one more representative of the Art Deco era in which the Gaytonia was built, was also available for viewing.

Following the tour, ticket holders were invited to an alfresco party at the Park Estates home of Anthony Gagliardi where a buffet lunch, wine and spirits, live entertainment, opportunity drawings, an auction and a pop-up boutique awaited.

Seen at the Scene: Co-chairs Erin Barry and Elizabeth Borsting, Nick and Holland Brown, Gary and Dawna Delong; Susie Atwood, Robert Thomas, Sofia Riley, Fay Abed, Gary Lee Wolf, Shirlee Bouch, Kate Borsting, Richard Brown, Simon and Carla Grieve, Dr. Ioana Pal, Katherine Keesal, Colleen Conley, Mari Hooper, Susan and Clyde Kendzierski, Liz and John Krummell, Dave and Carmen Bubar, Kelly Lucera, Bonnie Scott, Loree Scarborough, Kathy Sears and Stephanie Davis.
